Our Vacant Staging Process​:

• Listing Walk-through: We will walk through the property and create a detailed list of furnishings needed to make your listing feel like home. 

• Customized Proposal​:  I will create a personalized proposal which details the items to be used in each room. 

• Staging Day: SMHS will arrive to stage the home and provide a beautiful vision for your buyers. This should take 4-6 hours!​

• SMHS will also provide a complimentary bistro set to highlight a patio or terrace.

• SMHS will also provide a weekly property walk-through in order to maintain the clean details of the home. This entails dusting of furniture, fluffing of pillows, and a quick sweep.

Occupied staging is another approach to creating a vision for potential buyers while using the existing furniture and decor of a home. 

• SMHS will provide a hands on approach by arranging existing furniture, art, and other accessories to maximize the potential value of the listing.
  

• ​I will also recommend, if needed, fresh paint trends, fixture replacement, and any noticeable repairs.
